Team Leader level: bring together resources and knowledge in communication-community engagement on multifaceted engineering projects.

About you:

As Team Leader reporting to a busy stakeholder communication executive, your job will be to shoulder the burden of strategic planning and deployment of resources.  You will help define service propositions and make sure that clients and teams are optimally aligned to deliver project objectives.  Success in this role would undoubtedly lead to greater career opportunity for the successful appointee.

This role has a largely in-house focus with three elements being paramount; managing workflows and teams that deliver project communication-community engagement programs, increased business performance through exemplary service and importantly a robust, compliant and disciplined approach to operations and financial management.

Shortlisted candidates will enjoy the cut and thrust of project consulting having worked in a similar role previously at a senior level for a PR or engineering firm.  You will relish the responsibility of working closely with a visionary and externally focussed leader who relies on your wisdom and guile to lead the charge behind the scenes as you confidently bring together resources and knowledge in communication-community engagement on multifaceted engineering projects.
